Data are transmitted to third countries in accordance with the legal admissibility regulations in accordance with Article 45 GDPR in conjunction with Art. 46 (5) p. 2 GDPR). The GDPR provides for the continued application of the adequacy decisions already adopted. For the EU-US Privacy Shield, the Commission has established the adequacy of the level of data protection (C(2016) 4176 final).

Storage period in accordance with statutory storage obligations (Art. 13 para. 2 a GDPR)

As a rule, personal data is deleted within ten years after termination of the contractual relationship or even earlier if an interested party does not become a customer.

Right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 13 para. 2 b GDPR)

There is no transfer to a third country.

Personal data will be deleted six months after the end of the application process, taking into account Section 61b (1) ArbGG in connection with Section 15 of the German General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG). If the applicant is accepted into the applicant pool, your application will be deleted after 2 years if no suitable position can be offered.


If hired, the required data is transferred to the personnel file. The information on the deletion of the data can be taken from the duty to provide information on employee data processing.
